Mental wellbeing is foundational to life. I help people create positive change through identifying and resolving unhealthy stress, distress and blockages. In essence my aim is to help you to function well and feel great.
Stress, distress and feeling blocked have significant negative effects on work and school performance, relationships, physical and mental health and wellbeing.
My service is unlike other wellbeing and psychological providers. I take a holistic view to supporting you achieve your potential. I collate and integrate the best science and applied knowledge from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, mindfulness, neuroscience, positive psychology and sport psychology. I work with complementary wellbeing practicioners to support your needs.
