I am passionate about helping you shift from this place to a space of energy, clarity and fulfillment.
I have been studying and practising psychology for over 13 years. In this time I have worked in both major blue chip corporations and schools across Australia and Singapore. In my travels I have witnessed the unrelenting way in which modern life can make you feel drained, stuck and overwhelmed. So I established The Whole Being Group to address exactly this and to help you make change happen.
Change involves understanding how your inner thoughts and emotions connect to your behaviour and actions. As a psychologist, this is the bread and butter of my training.
I help you develop self awareness, identify and build on strengths and equip you with the tools to build a sense of personal responsibility and confidence towards meaningful action. My ultimate goal is to simply help you get unstuck and create the change you want in your world. And importantly I want you to do this whilst functioning well and feeling great.
I am committed to providing you with the best care and service possible. I have completed additional studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to enrich my approach to holistic wellbeing. I am a committee member for the Complementary Alternate Medicine and Psychology Australia Psychological Society Interest Group and a member of the Yoga and Psychology and Coaching Psychology interest groups. I have a wide network of complementary health and wellness practitioners and regularly refers to and works with them to support her clients in a holistic way depending on their needs.

Stress is the most major inhibitor of change, performance and success. It is not only limiting physically but also mentally and holds us back in so many ways.
Using cutting edge biofeedback technology, you will learn about how your body is experiencing stress during both awake and sleep times. You will learn when stress is productive and when it is draining, limiting and compromising for you.
Life is a roller coaster and emotional distress across the lifespan is common. It is my belief that at this time you are simply stuck, not broken. As a psychologist, I can teach you new skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings more effectively so you can experience greater wellbeing, happiness and get the most out of this one life and make the changes you want to see in your world.
